I accompanied M to see an advice worker from Disabilities Forum "London" this morning. The worker was complimentary about how much I knew about housing, benefits etcetera. I often do *very* informal volunteering helping people claim benefits and get access to housing and advice/support services, and it's nice to have my skills and knowledge ( Read more... )

Aargh. I do this every year at this time of year. Ok, I don't celebrate Christmas.
